New Yorker profile on video artist Ryan Trecartin

I think Trecartin is the most exciting video artist at work now, keeping aflame the ethos of video as a true condensation of the electronic apparatus. In his case, the internet is present in the speed and imagery overload that makes his videos simultaneously outlandish and familiar.
